Synergy Chat — Privacy Policy

What This Extension Does

Synergy Chat puts your sales pipeline on top of Facebook and Messenger. When you open a profile or a conversation, it shows a small card telling you whether that person is already on your pipeline. If you click Import, that person is added to your pipeline. If you click Insert on a saved reply, the text is typed into the message box for you to read, edit and send yourself.

The extension works only for people with an account on FramedUp or CSM Studio, and it acts only on the account you pair it with.

What It Saves, and Where

Everything the extension saves goes into your own CRM account — the same data you would see if you typed it in by hand. Nothing is written anywhere else.

When you explicitly click Import on a profile or a conversation, it saves:

• the person's name as displayed on the page (you can edit it before importing);
• their Facebook profile link and public profile id;
• their profile picture URL and public follower or friend count, when those are shown on the page;
• anything you add afterwards — the stage, status, tags, notes and follow-up dates you type.

This information is stored in your account's database (Supabase) for the app you paired with, and is protected by row-level security so it is readable only by your own account.

What It Does Not Collect

• It does not read, store or transmit the contents of your messages. Only the person you are talking to is imported — never the conversation.
• It does not collect your browsing history or the pages you visit.
• It has no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, cookies or tracking of any kind.
• It does not sell or transfer your data to anyone, and does not use it for advertising, creditworthiness or lending.
• It does not collect anything from pages other than Facebook and Messenger, and nothing at all until you ask it to.

It Never Acts For You

Synergy Chat is deliberately manual. It never sends a message, adds a friend, likes, follows, posts, or presses any button on Facebook. Saved replies are typed into the message box only when you click Insert — then the extension stops, and you press Send yourself.

Data Stored Locally

The following is kept in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) and is not sent anywhere except your own CRM backend:

• the session created when you pair the extension with your account, so it knows which account it is acting for;
• a short-lived cache of your own pipeline stages, statuses, tags and saved replies, so the overlay can render without a round trip.

Disconnecting the extension — from your account's Settings page, or from the extension's own side panel — ends that session and clears the cache.

Where Data Is Sent

The extension talks to exactly two servers, and only to the one your account belongs to:

• cjjqsjdnrmcyviitowwt.supabase.co — FramedUp's database
• fcphzitxhjxwcvnsmnjo.supabase.co — CSM Studio's database

Both are operated by CSM Synergy on Supabase infrastructure. No data is sent to any other third party, and none of it passes through advertising or analytics networks.

Permissions Explained

• sidePanel — shows the pairing screen used to connect your account, and the current connection status.
• storage — saves the session and the cache described above.
• offscreen — copies a saved reply to your clipboard if it cannot be typed into the message box directly, so you can paste it rather than retype it.
• www.facebook.com, *.messenger.com — the pages the overlay appears on. It reads only what is already visible on your screen.
• The two Supabase hosts above — your own CRM data is read from and saved to your account there.
• Remote code — not used. All code ships inside the extension package.

Keeping and Deleting Your Data

Imported people stay in your CRM until you delete them. Deleting a card in the app removes it, and deleting your FramedUp or CSM Studio account removes everything associated with it. To request deletion directly, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

This extension is a professional business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced inside the app.
